ANY QUESTIONS?

Whats does recorded delivery mean?
It is optional but recommended, especially for larger bookings. We can post your tickets to you using the Royal Mails Recorded Delivery service.  You will have to sign for them on reciept or collect them from your local sorting office.  This means that  we will be able to verify that you have/not recieved them, negotiatng the need for a security deposit (on the gate price refundable under terms).

Can I come in on Thursday?
No!! Any arrivals on Thursday will be turned away. Gate opens at 12pm Friday.

Can I bring my car?
DEFINITELY NO!   Car passes are strictly only available for Blue Badge holders/disabled. No exceptions. Car passes will only be sent out if applied for by the 23/04/10. For full details and terms see Car Passes Page.

Can't it run til Monday?
No. We're too old and we need Monday to clean the site.

Are there any showers?
yes there are and they will be run by a company called Oasis Shower and they will sell you a shower and sort you a towel if you want as well, but there is a cost.

What bands are playing?
It is never our policy to advertise the bands. It's very much a wait and see thing. Full info - times etc will be displayed at the event.

How do I book tickets?
Click here - its easy - you can do it right now and it takes less than 5 mins.  If you have any probs booking tickets you can ring 0800 998 3199. Alternativley you can send a cheque made payable to Into the Valley to Into the Valley, PO Box 5047, Rugby, CV21 9HL enclosing an SAE. For recorded delivery return please add £1 to the total.

Where are my tickets?
Tickets are sent out in batches every 10 days. They could take up to 21 days to arrive. Contact us if more time has elapsed. All tickets will be despatched by 23/04/10 at the latest.

What's the cut off date for tickets?
Telephone and web sales 23/04/10. Postal bookings 16/04/10. Cheques/postal orders postmarked after 16/04/10 will be returned. After these dates tickets will only be available on the gate subject to availability.

What do I do if I have lost/damaged my tickets?
Contact the us immediately via the contact form

Can I bring my dog?
Yes as long as it's kept on a lead and cleaned up after.

Can I bring my children?
Yes as  long as they're kept on a lead, cleaned up after.  Seriously though yes, you can as long as you can transport them in on bike or trike. Please note that we do not provide any entertainment for children and they must be kept under strict supervision as some of the entertainment on site may be of an adult nature. 

How much are kids tickets?
Children 15yrs and under are free of charge but teens may need ID to avoid being charged full price on the gate.  Photocopied ID will do.

Can I camp away from the fires?
Yes - because this year there is only a communal bonfire.

How do I get my £3 MAG voucher?
By bringing your full and valid MAG membership card along to the MAG tent at the event. If you are not a member you can claim by joining MAG either befo
